OUR WORK
Kelwood Home is an owner-run boutique furniture company in KwaZulu Natal. Established in 2004, Kelwood has almost two decades of experience in manufacturing furnishings for the residential, retail and hospitality markets.
We combine our passion for design, excellent craftsmanship, and fair pricing to provide you with access to distinctive and exclusive furniture pieces. Offering an assortment of materials including solid wood, veneer, laminates, metal, resin, glass and upholstery, we are able to accommodate all of your design concept options.
As well as designing, developing, and manufacturing high-quality furnishings, we also create exclusive customised ranges for our clients and tailored packages for large commercial projects.

RESIDENTIAL
There is no place more important than your home, it’s your castle after all. We love creating custom made bespoke pieces and accessories for our clients. Our aim is to make your vision a reality and to design pieces that compliment your home. We offer a range of options, from timbers and stains, to fabrics and paint colours, the choice is yours.
As a family owned and run business, we understand the importance of furniture around family and recognise the significance that quality furniture provides in bringing family together. Bespoke pieces like sofas and dining tables are after all often the heart of a home.
COMMERCIAL
Our shopfitting and joinery department specialises in custom designed and built spaces for your retail business requirements. We make sure that every aspect of your shopfit embraces your identity and values.
We work with commercial builders, architects, designers, interior decorators and project managers on a project/contract basis. As a supplier, we understand that striking, inspiring spaces leave a lasting impression. Whether you’re upgrading bedrooms, refitting your hotel reception or managing a complete hotel fit-out, we have the products and services to help make your project run smoothly.
WHOLESALE
We manufacture all our products in our factory using local materials and have almost two decades of industry experience. We are proud to have worked with leading retailers such as Coricraft, Sutherlands (SHF Living), Wetherleys, Leather Gallery and more.
Our factory is equipped with the latest cutting and machining facilities. We also have our own painting and assembly resources, allowing us to customize our products according to your specifications. We can change the finish, size, and material. Manufacturing our products locally also means that we are able to contribute to the local economy.
